Old post was just in VCA and a customer asked for something with her purchase. I didn’t hear what it was but the SA brought it out in a 2 inch x 2 inch black box that said we usually don’t have them in stock bc everyone asks for them but I was able to snag one. Any idea what this is? I have puchased a few items this year and never have received anything. Wondering if should be asking. Is it polishing spray maybe?

Was it about 2”x2”x1/2” or 2” cubed? The former may be a polishing cloth. Assuming you are in the UK, I have been shopping at VCA for many years and never received a polishing cloth in the USA, but do sometimes with UK purchases.

So after some searching online I’m wondering if it was the candle as that seems to come in a black box

Reached out to VCA customer service and received this message. Is it true? Very disappointed that for such expensive jewelry they are so cheap and stingy in giving what every other company gives without asking!

this is so odd ^^ I recently purchased a CDC choker at Cartier and received a beautiful large necklace travel pouch without an issue. Don't know why there is such a discrepency regarding packaging at the two Richemont brands.

Sorry to hear that you received this message. It doesn’t completely align with my experience. I recently purchased an item while in Paris and not only received the designer case and white box, but also a jewelry pouch and cleaning cloth/set.

I still get travel pouches + cleaning cloths, but my SA told me that they sometimes just completely run out. Around a month ago, he gave me a pouch (and even offered extras) when I picked up a piece I sent to be altered.
