What do you mean by 'teared'? Was there a defect or is it a water stain? I was thinking of getting a Caroline...I am glad however you were able to get a replacement!! That is great news!

That's very odd about the croc embossed sophia. We've seen the DD for the cashmere, teal & dijon, but can't even pull down the grey and it's coming out next week? I thought it was coming out in Nov and the other colors were coming in Oct. Maybe I read something wrong in an earlier post...very strange.

That's what I was told recently by CS when I called that the Sophia croc in silver/grey (18602) was coming out in Nov. Don't get me wrong I am dying to get this bag, I would love it to be out next week, lol. But I got the same info you did.

I remember seeing a picture of various croc items in a preview pic, all of the items were grey including Sophia.
This is so confusing no one has all the info and every time I talk to customer service I get different info!

You're right about that, but I hope this time they were right. I want my grey croc Sophia ASAP!:p I will call CS again Mondayat work. I would call now but I can't in front of my bf, he HATES my bag habit, lol. Luckly he cant hear what I type.

Buy a Caroline, I love mine! Well, I bought 2 with a 25% off coupon and Macys is having a 25% plus 20%, so I might get a third.

Well, I use it for my laptop, and the dk. brown coating on the leather's edge that is on the side, ripped a little. It could have been me and not the bag, but Coach took care of me. :)

Photo is attached. The area between the arrows is where the dk brown coating is and it should help explain.

If you want one, get one now because they will not last long. My SA did not think the one I have will last through the weekend. I've now seen all five. I think the nicest one is the Croc in the gray which was replaced, but I love the python too.

I love the color on this. Now I'm getting worried about the croc sophias only coming in grey and not the other colors we thought we were getting. I hope they arent exclusives to the Asian markets :( I really wanted to check out the teal and cashmere.

Well, I think several of you out there will be happy I found this on my hunt for the grey croc sophia. The grey croc Lindsey!!! 18622 sv/gy No other DD pics for this yet. Enjoy!!!

I think the cashmere can be ordered now and teal will be available mid October. I had contacted customer service about the teal awhile back, so I am hoping it will be available!!
