I was torn between these two bags too.

But after trying on the Palermo GM -- it doesn't sit well as a cross body bag, so my vote is for TOTALLY too.

Hard decision. I have the Palermo GM and Totally Azur is on my wish list. I would choose Palermo - to me it just looks classier, classic with a bit more of that wow factor than the Totally

Totally...I've seen GMs being carried here and they look too boxy to me but I like that it has adjustable straps though.

I was checking Palermo PM and GM yesterday. It think it is a very nice and comfortable bag. Haven't check the Totally, so can't give an input here. Good luck deciding.
