I think I need to. I tried to adjust my hands and now I can't get it back to its original position with loops in the right place. Am sure it's very simple but it's really got me thinking.

You mean you undid the strap & can't get it back to the original way? Maybe I can help by posting pics?

Thank you! I actually paid close to full price since it was NWT. I was also willing to pay a little more for an original one. I would definitely pay more for an older one - truthfully, I don't think the new design is worth $3k

I totally agree on the size thing. I am trying to size down a notch or too on my bags after carrying around luggage sized purses for the last couple of years.

I really want a Tom Ford bag, but have not adjusted myself to the price tag yet. If I ever pay that much for a bag though his bag will be one of the top contenders for my money. I will want an original one from the first year if I get one.

I'm glad I bought the original one. I don't like the newer versions at all. When I bought it way back it wasn't even called Jennifer. I think they decided to name it that because Jennifer Aniston was carrying it so much. According to the SA she had to pay for it...not sure if it's true or not... Congrats to others that also own it BTW.
