I should've had it by now, but eluxury really screwed up the shipping. First they told me they only ship via FedEx when I asked about USPS because I prefer to use my PO Box. So I give a physical address. A week later I get an email with a link to "track" my package; the link opens the USPS website, but no tracking number. I call them to find out what happened to FedEx, and I'm told the package was mailed via USPS kuZ of the PO Box. What happened to the physical address I gave? The frist rep told me it had to be FedEx; now I'm being told that's wrong. I'm told I would get a tracking number the next day. I do, but the number doesn't work. Right. I call again. Clearly, these customer service reps either have no access to critical information or don't know what they're doing. Anyway, a day later I'm told it was ship via "standard" USPS, which doesn't exist. They didn't ship Priority kuZ the shipping was free; now, if I had known they could ship via USPS I would've paid extra for Priority, but since it was only FedEx ground... I asked if they mean First Class or Parcel. "Standard," they say. At this point I just want my money back...
