I just got back from the Primm outlet center. Lots of Tods on sale. The highest prices for bags was $499 and went down from there. I got a T-bag in red. A really nice, true red. Here is pic of the style. I'll try to post pics of mine later.

Hi Tod's thread! I went a little crazy and bought two Boomerang bags on sale - one in the East West size and one in the extra large. Not sure which is the better size to keep? Does anyone have any thoughts?
$399.....I believe I saw that style a few months ago for around $899.How much did you get it for? post pics for us to ogle!

WOW, that was a steal! Don't you just love that bag? I love all the pockets, I hardly ever have to go 'inside' my bag when I carry my T-Bag!

Yes, those pockets are handy. I'm using the large one for my sunnies and the other two for keys, cell phone, etc. I'll try to post pics soon.

I read the bag hierarchy thread today and Tod's got nary a mention, and when it did on one list, it was near the bottom. The prices and quality are comparable to the expected contenders and you don't see them coming and going so one could argue they are more exclusive, so what gives?
Last winter I got a burgundy pashmy messenger at Saks and the sales girl told me it was the only one that exists in that exact color b/c it is a sample bag. She said the changed the color slightly to a color they called berry. I looked at the other bags in the store and it was indeed different, but I have always wanted to know if she was having me on. I have never seen my bag in the same shade but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Has anyone ever seen one in wine and not berry? Only the messenger- I have seen it in other styles.
