If you can still return it, do so and buy it lightly used on eBay when it comes up. I had a 2k bag I purchased at the boutique, could not get myself to carry it, as long as I did not, it was 'new', so I returned it and purchased a used (carried 2 or 3 times) from a friend. Guess what? I carry it all the time now since I did not pay full price and it was not 'new'. I'm nuts, I know but in my purse obsessed little head it made sense:yes:, lol! I have a block when it comes to 2K...

I know I've said this a million times, the TODS nylon bags are :tup::tup::tup:. Great for rain and travel, and of course shopping!

I do not think I have seen the Khaki color, is it greenish?
The Restyled D bag was released in 2007 I beleive. I really like it in both nylon and leather. I prefer it over the d bag b/c the handles are on d rings and drop down, the d bag has stiff handles. I do prefer the leather lining in the d bag, it is fabric in the restyled.

Let us know what you decide and post pictures :yes:, we, well I, love to see pictures.

I don't think i've ever seen a restyled D in nylon! Is there such a thing? and I've also never seen a pashmy in leather. seems that different variations of the bag is released in different countries.

I was down at a local Tod's boutique yesterday and saw the restyled D in khaki... it's slightly greenish but more greyish, tending towards a medium grey. Have you seen it before? I can't find a single pic of it on the net which i can show you. :(

AHHH!!! I bought my second Tod's today. :wlae:I finally decided on a Restyled D in a greyish khaki. Decided that Tod's is really more well known for it's leather than nylon bags and I also wanted a bag to use for work. The piccola size is just nice for a4 size files and a small lap top. The leather is so soft... I love it! I think the color is brand new for fall/winter 08 since no one seems to have seen it before? :thinkin:I'll try and post a pic soon.

I can empathise, I used to scorn at nylon bags after I had sold my Prada signature backpack. Have never looked at another nylon bags until Tods came in. I'm loving the one that was filmed with Gwyneth Paltrow in Pashmy Dreamy. That bag is now on my wishlist. I'm hoping that it'll go on sale so that I can grab it.

Hey Slip, you're in Singapore? I've only ever seen Tod's go on sale in Singapore twice since the last 4 years and it's only for charity etc. Have you seen it go on sale any other times?

There was a sale few months ago at 40% off and I saw the pashmy bauletto in light blue leather and I'm still kicking myself for not getting it. I think it was during the Great Singapore Sale period?? So I do feel that there should be another sale? I do hope the pashmy hobo does go on sale. If not, I'll happily keep my money then. BTW, I saw the limited edition at the Takashimaya S.C outlet which is in silver with snakeskin trimming but I think the color is easily prone to staining due to its light color. But the main thing is I refuse to pay so much for a nylon bag. Period.

I had the Prada nylon backpack, used it while the kiddies where in diapers, great everyday bag and diaper bag. Sold it on eBay a couple yrs ago, now I have a TODS nylon bag and love it! My son has spilled juice on it and it just rolls off :yahoo:.

Hey I think I remember the sale now. It WAS during the GSS period and the spring/summer 08 designs were on sale but most of them in strange colors? :sad: I think if we really wanted a "classic" colored one like black, beige, grey etc, it'll hardly ever go on sale. what color are you thinking of getting for the pashmy hobo?
