I can confirm this. I just dropped off 2 pieces for cleaning free of charge, but it must be picked up at a later date. Polishing costs $50 or $60 per piece...I forget the exact pricing.

The 5th ave Tiffany's in NYC does the silver cleaning for free, but pickup is at a later date as previous poster said. The Tiffany's in Houston, Texas lets you drop off/pick up silver the same day.

My store cleaned my Infinity bracelet right up and it was about an hour, while we had lunch. I'm so glad because I find it difficult to clean myself even using their polish.

Yes they are. Its takes up to 4 hours so you may need to drop off and pick up another day.

I had 3 bracelets cleaned yesterday while I waited and it was free.

I live close to the border so I bring mine up to the Oakridge Tiffany's in BC. They usually do it right away less than an hour wait for me. Maybe because they know I'm from out of town.
