Has anyone successfully sold Chanel items through the Luxe program. I was planning on sending in a black GHW Boy, a pink square mini, some NWT black shoes, some GUC ballerina flats and slingbacks. I was also thinking about sending in some newer Chanel clothing (mostly jackets). I just checked their website and I don't see anything like that listed, but maybe they have already sold items like this?

I didn't sell Chanel, but all the good stuff is always reserved in someone's cart and you don't see it when search by brand. Some of my shoes are literally always reserved for already several weeks, but still not sold.

Thank you! This must be where they are hiding. I know you had good luck selling your CLs, what do you suggest for a price point? I have a pair of 3.5" heel black Mary Janes that I absolutely love, but I've only worn once since they are too high for me, so I am sending those in also.

I sometimes see some LV and Chanel bags but in 10 minutes they are always gone. I am currently selling one LV, it's also reserved all the time. They used to give 40% discount for any items for your first purchase, and I was hoping to catch something nice, but now they updated this promo, and it's available for $150 and below items:sad:

They give fair prices for CL, like $400 - 450 for a used pair in great condition, it's really good cause you'll get all the amount, not like on Tradesy:smile:
but if you're not satisfied with it, you'll have 2 days to adjust the price before they put it on site. and prepare to wait while they are procession your bag. it takes about 2 weeks, but I've heard for non luxe it may take months. they also told me this about pricing: feel free to include your listing price preferences on the itemized list that you send in.

Thanks! That price is quite fair for excellent condition CL.
I didn't realize you are supposed to include an itemized list in the boxes; that is good to know, I was worried something may not be noticed so I will do this. (I did not get any instructions, just the labels and an advertisement flier).

no, you don't have to, i just feel comfortable doing it as I'm a control freak lol
and knowing that I do it, they advised to include my prices there. you may do it too:)

Yes, I will! I was concerned that they wouldn't notice one of my items in the box, and it makes it even better that I can include a price guideline. I was also thinking it would be nice because they might not know what a particular style is called.

I sent in some Luxe boxes and checked online to see if they had been received. It looks like they arrived on Nov 27th and are scheduled to be processed around 12/4. Will they notify me when they are ready to have me review the pricing on my items? Or should I just keep checking back?

They will notify you when your boxes have been processed. Then you have 48 hrs to adjust the prices of your item. Good luck! I recently sent in a box and waiting for the last item from the first shipment to sell.

Thank you, that is very helpful. I'm excited for you that your items sold so well. I sent in mostly Chanel items, including 2 bags, so I'm hoping they do well.

This is so true! I'm glad you warned me. I actually came back to this thread to see if my wait time was normal. So far I shipped in two big boxes with mostly chanel items (shoes, bags, jackets) and a few other designer brands.

This is my summary so far:
I sent both boxes at the same time on Nov 20th using their prepaid label.
  • B2GJ2-M2D5F
    12/1/17 -Processing

  • B2D26-PN49X
    11/27/17 -items received
The estimated processing date for this bag is 12/4

So should I expect that the one that says 12/1 processing will be done in about 1.5 weeks and then they will email me to review the prices? Hopefully the box that says estimated processing 12/4 will start soon. It's odd that they are already 4 days apart on processing and the boxes arrived on the same day.
