i think the cross body length is good, much more suitable to wear as cross body compared to square mini. But if i wear it on one side, then maybe it is a bit long. my SA suggest in case we want to shorten the chain, it is easy to do by putting a keyring to tie the chain!
I just got this beauty last night. Mine is medium in black. It is much prettier in real person.

It can fit similar to a mini rectangular I think. It has same width as rectangular mini 20cm. But height is 17cm which is taller than rectangular mini. I think the 3 compartments didn't make it bigger. But it can help defining the space better for putting different things into different compartment that can avoid me taking out sth before finding the lipstick at the bottom of the bag [emoji23]~ I got the bag in HK store and it only come one and only one in the boutique I bought, while the medium have 2. Literally I got it before the small one got displayed as I go early at lunch time~ I will do a reveal in another post later showing what can be fit inside later~
I find it in boutique in HK~ there is no department store selling chanel in Hk [emoji28]
I have a question. Some people have mentioned that the quality doesn't look good. I saw this bag at Neiman's and thought it was beautiful, and didn't notice anything wrong with the quality. But I am not a Chanel expert by any means (this will be my first Chanel bag) so am not sure what to look for to determine whether the quality is good or not. Can someone who thinks that the quality looks atrocious please comment on what exactly is atrocious? What should I be looking for (because I am seriously thinking about buying this bag) ? Thanks !!
It looks the length of the Woc. And I know that that being that bit longer sometimes doesn't work for some people. But you are right it can be shortened if need be. Enjoy your new bag Xx

Quality of the caviar for this bag is fine IRL, doesn’t look cheap IMO. Seasonal caviars slightly difference from the classic lines, non of my seasonal caviar flaps look anything like the two caviar classic flaps and WOC interm of pebbles and structure of leather (softer/harder), etc.
Saw this bag in black today at Yorkville store in Toronto. Both small and medium on display.
