Thoughts on Saint Laurent YSL Envelope Bag?

Yes it is deeper. I have the medium envelope and the small loulou
There is nothing in the loulou in these pictures. It also spreads out w stuff in it while the envelope is pretty stiff. I almost couldn’t get my phone out of the back pocket the other day.

Hi, I am about to buy this preloved YSL Envelope in medium. But I am so torn of its authenticity because of the YSL logo is hanging a little bit lower? I saw from the sites and other photos that the logo sits in the middle of the flap. Can anyone help?

I, too have been in the market for the YSL Envelope in medium, looking at both the retails stores and also pre-loved. I did notice a couple out there, like on eBay, that the YSL logo also looked like this, hanging lower, like just about at the point of the envelope, and was concerned about authenticity, but also didn't like the look as much as the metal logo being higher, and more centered. So I don't know, but felt like it was noticeable enough to me to stay lean more toward buying from the store.

When the YSL College bags and Envelope bags were first designed, they were designed with the YSL logo hanging lower like your one does. However a couple of years later they started producing the logo higher on the flap. So a lot of the bags on the pre-loved market may have lower logos. However, you should always have your bags checked for authenticity from sites like realauthentication.com just to be sure.

@Heybeybey @bagluv4ever The logo hanging lower are versions from older seasons. The current ones have the logo higher and more centered.

All the colours have the logo hanging lower except for the red, which has the logo higher up.
