Couldn't you make your own cardboard form to fit into the purse? It would provide structure and support when you are using it. You could use spray adhesive to cover the cardboard with black fabric so that it could blend in better.

They make things to fit inside handbags that help bags with organization and/or structure. Is it called "purseket"? I can't remember the name but I have seen threads on it.

Looks ok, though I can see the bit of softness. I think it is also a characteristic of the newer jumbos which are not as structured.

i dont see any prob with it's shape... maybe you just need to adjust with this certain type of bag and leather... have fun with your bag...

I see what you're talking about, but that is normal. It's unfortunately not going to retain its pristine right-out-of-the-box shape if you use it.

i understand that the newer one are similar to yours. so it is normal.
