To be fair that is to be expected. I would not have a clue about anything LV, and many of the SAs might not have ever shopped the premier brands. As for colors, it is true they often do not have a lot of forward thinking info...lol.

I'm in Australia, l purchased mine from an ebayer in America - I received it last week. It arrived all packed up as it should - up in inspection it's cracked. Soo disappointed.

The store I’m purchasing from does not have the machine. They would send the tag out of then mail it to me. I know that the store down the street has the machine so if I decide to get the tag stamped, I’ll just go over there. You can search on the website to see which stores do monogramming.
Is the crack just a bit at the top under the flap? I’m thinking it’s the stress point and eventually they will all get it. But I’m not so concerned unless I start hearing the crack gets bigger or the fabric separates from the leather. Overall the bag is well made. So sorry yours has that crack. When you are looking at the bag, is it on your he left side? That’s where the crack is as on the two I looked at.
Basic black! I have one red bag I use in February. The rest are LV PRINTS in brown.
Has anyone compared the Camera Bag and Cassie? I'm wondering how they compare in terms of interior space. I just got a Keith Haring Camera Bag (the one with the barking dog) and it just fits my bare essentials, after I leave my Moleskine planner out. I have my eye on the Cassie next, but if it holds any less than the Camera Bag, I'll probably reconsider.
Quick comment as I'm out to dinner...IMO the Cassie holds entirely much more than the camera bag. I think because of the length. I loved the idea of the camera bag & actually bought a couple but never used them because everything was a tight squeeze. I have three Cassies & LOVE them & don't have to compromise what I carry.

The saddle/signature that I had customized with tearoses, the colorblock blue & then a "redo" of my own. Took a red/pink/signature & dyed all the red/pink parts black. It's my favorite. Pics below. I'm hoping for more options with dark hardware.
