Hello everyone,

I am a fan of the Coach Cassie and its one of my go to bags whenever I am in doubt. I have it in Black, Taupe and the Aurora/Pewter. I love all three, but I am contemplating on selling the Aurora Cassie. I just have too many multiples of the Rambler, Tabby and they are just not getting used as much. My goal is to steamline my collection and use what I have but at the same time in my heart I do not want to be in a situation where I sell it and then have regrets.

I would appreciate any thoughts from people who have been in a similar situation And what did they end up doing.

I collected quite a few Cassie bags, and ended up getting rid of all of them, lol! At first it was colors not being used as much, and then it was that I changed my mind on the style. I am the same way about multiples. I like them until I realize it is impacting my overall use of my collection and then start to downsize certain styles and colors. Don't feel bad if you want to give it up.... you most likely won't miss it if you weren't using it much anyway.

I'm in the opposite situation. Cassie is one of my favorite bags. I have gravitated back to them and actually re-bought some that I had sold simply because my working situation has transitioned from being in an office environment all day every day to being in my 2nd bedroom/office, working from home daily. The Cassie bag works for me for so many reasons that I have neglected some of my rogue bags and have downsized quite significantly to where I only have a few rogues, acouple other 1941 pieces and then the rest are Cassie's. You have to do what suits you. I love the idea of listing it at a high price and if you can get it, then let it go.

Oooh I just posted in the general Coach Chat thread about returning a black Cassie 19 but I see I should've come here :loveeyes: (Being an awkward newbie here, hello :flowers:). I had watched several Youtube reviews and jumped to order the bag when it was on sale (in Europe) but upon receiving it I realized it's definitely too small for my everyday needs - and probably even the regular Cassie is too small - to fit all the ~very necessary~ crap I carry around. I still think it was absolutely beautiful...

I will need to lurk around here as I'm re-calibrating my plans - I was so convinced about Cassie becoming my trusty everyday companion for 2022 that I'm still in a mourning phase lol. I need to find a new (healthy) bag obsession but nothing has quite clicked like Cassie did yet.

I have about 5 Cassie’s (i did sell my granite for some reason i am just not a grey fan nice bag) any way big mistake. I am not going to part with any of them. I do have a question on the pewter colored hardware. I see people posting for sale and saying that the scratches (bad) are “Normal” for this color. Do you all agree with that or are people just being careless?

BTW. I loved the cassie then i was like Meh and now i look at what is out there and i like my collection of Cassie’s and cassie 19s. I have not used any 19s yet but there is time in my life “i think” probably have about 20 unused coach and i have vintage to. I feel like prices are going up on new and this style is better than the new smooth leather not salon something else that is taking this spot. A few Beats, Parkers, Troupes, Cassie Cassie 19 buckets and tyler and Peanuts ice skater collection.
