I really liked the oxblood but I hadn't even taken it fully out of the packaging when I ordered the $105 black one. I couldn't justify keeping the oxblood considering the price difference. That was my first ever coach purchase (about mid-November). I now have 4 vintage coach bags, a Rogue, and two cassie bags are en route. I should really just stay off eBay and freeze my credit card at this point.

I used to buy in the boutique all the time. It was one of the things that made me love Coach. The level of service. They bury the return information really well, so need to feel silly. I've usedPayPal to purchase Coach; it would never occur to me to take to a store. But it would make perfect sense to be able to return items from the website to a boutique. A lot of retailers do. Thanks for posting the reminder.

It’s so weird. Like someone said, I’m guessing these are from stores that returned inventory because of the coronavirus so they’re sending those to the outlets.

Well the in transit arriving late message has been there for two days. Finally a message saying it was moving from that spot and on to the next one. Perhaps I'll get it before Christmas!
About those Coach.com specials... My
$167 Rambler came from a boutique came from a store and not jax.. I was going to return the one that I had purchased at $247. The second one came packed too tightly in a box. I didn't even unwrap it. Maybe it was ok, but the one for which I paid more arrived lovingly packaged in a dust bag. It was fine. Poor people trying to work as fast as they can.
Fingers crossed for othet $105 Cassie.
Just got an update: it's in my city.
