There is something about Cassie...

It took me 2.5 weeks. Ordered 12/4. That package went out via USPS. Things ordered prior to that and after that, whether from Coach or the outlet, shipped promptly and were received within three to five days. Those went out via UPS.
It's a very strange thing and I have various theories. If you think about it, They can't have that link up for very long it would be cannibalizing their sales on the website and through other retailers. I wouldn't question I would just grab it and say thank you. Merry Christmas and Happy Kwanzaa.
I ordered mine 11.26 and it shipped UPS Saturday 12.19 and was delivered 12.21.

I was just looking over the tag to the $105 Cassie. It had the comparable value tag of $350. It looked like the package had never been opened...unless they repackaged them. It didn't have the MRSP tag found on my Rambler and Courier wristlet. Those are retail items.

I noticed that too. This is a made for outlet item. It says jax on the tag and the comparable value. It looks like the same exact bag though so why would they sell an outlet dupe of a full price bag? Unless they plan to eventually put Cassie’s in the outlet?

They sometimes take a regular bag and do this. I am guessing for everyone the creed is the same as retail though? And has the same item number as Cassie? Usually they will mess with the tag and other things and not that. But then occasionally they will make the same bag and start to transition it to outlet. Right now they have a copy of the Cassie already in the outlet--I forget what it is called. This one could be overstock as mentioned above.

It is definitely a retail bag. It is the correct creed & it matches my other Cassie.

Thanks all. Learned something new. The last time I purchased any retail bag from an outlet was in 2005. They used to stamp the creed with an O. This was long before they began the manufacture of factory store models. The different tag had thrown me, because everything was factory sealed. Didn't mean to go down into a rabbit hole. My apologies.
To those who celebrate, Merry Christmas and enjoy your new Cassie's.

I'm late to the game on Cassie. I was in the grocery store earlier this week and saw a woman with what looked to be a vintage Coach at first glance. I looked up from the cheese counter and she was gone! I hunted her down and found her in the wine aisle! Turns out it was the Cassie in Oxblood. It didn't look like Cassie at first because she had a large wallet stuffed in the front section making it look bigger than what I recall Cassie to look like. With working at home (5 years for me) and now the pandemic, my larger bags just aren't getting used and Cassie fits that category of fitting what you need and more but not too big that its a pain to carry all day.

I see people have gotten a great deal on the black but not sure I want black. I wasn't a fan of the colorblock ones. I'll have to watch and see what pops up on the online outlet. Colors on my list to watch for are chalk, taupe, oxblood, pollen or pine.

Something to hope and hunt for! Love the hunt!
