It's normal. 95% of coach goes to outlets.I'm pretty much brand new to Coach. Is this an anomaly or something that happens occasionally? It's still on the main coach site at full price. This whole thing is blowing my mind.

Mine is still processingMy outlet Cassie shipped!
Yay!! Congrats!!!! Can we see them together? My granite came today. It’s so much prettier in person to me. It looks like periwinkle from afar. I already love it more than my Aurora.
My USPS packages are all "in transit, arriving late" and the snow isn't going to help matters. I have a granite Cassie shipped UPS and was due to be delivered today. I was stalking the UPS map and the delivery vehicle went all around a radius of about 1/3 mile around my house, never delivered at my house, and went back to base. Tomorrow's likely not going to happen again due to weather, so hopefully Friday. I'm not going anywhere but I just want to swoon over the new bags. heheMine shipped--and is stuck in a USPS facility. We're getting a blizzard. So it will be there a while. USPS is totally overwhelmed if it's going by UPS/FedEx you should be good.
I recently returned an oxblood Cassie I had purchased for $245. Went to the store only to realize I had purchased using paypal so unless I wanted store credit, I had to send it back for a refund. They were kind enough to ship it back for me. Even though I felt silly about the situation, they were very friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel bad about now knowing the return policy details. That was my first time at the regular Coach store and I'm looking forward to buying something there in the future. It's really exciting to see others receive their Coach Outlet Cassies! I ordered two in black in early December. Long story short, I bought one and then realized I missed out on a 10% discount... so I ended up buying two, and they shipped last week! Should arrive this Friday.
And this is such a first world problem, but I'm dreading having to make returns at both the mall and outlet in the upcoming week. Before ordering the bags from the outlet website, I ordered an oxblood from the regular Coach site, thinking, "Oh wow. What a deal at $210! Better get it."
Now I have to go return the oxblood (which I'm very torn about because I really like the color but I'd save $100+ by keeping a black one) and one of the outlet bags.

They can't turn left. So their route isn't the most direct. The last time I followed my delivery it made me very anxious. It was a mile away so I thought it would here any minute now. 20 min later he left my neighborhood and went to another one. It made no sense to me. He missed the delivery window completely. He finally delivered it an hour and half later.
I already gave it to my sister and she switched purses so fast lol. I’ll try to pry it away this weekend for a pic.Yay!! Congrats!!!! Can we see them together?
That's because Heather gray is muddy.I caved and ordered granite. Wasn't instant love so I boxed it back up to return. Made my heather grey tea rose strap look dingy lol
