I have it in chalk! I also have the smaller one in blue but the strap keeps coming loose. Anyone else have that problem?
Which strap are you referring to? I have a smaller Cassie (19) but haven't used it since I bought it. There is a top handle strap, the chain strap, and the longer crossbody strap. I am confused about which strap you mean and where/how it is coming loose?

I ordered the elusive black Cassie from the outlet about 5 days ago. It showed processing for the longest time. I kept getting texts telling me to pick it up before it goes, etc. It had disappeared from Google searches and then reappeared very early in the AM hours. My order now says Backordered and ships 12/28.

Same here. I'm so impatient then have to remind myself that I'm not actually going anywhere really, so no rush on the bag. I just want it! I also got notification from the outlet that my rogue shipped on Dec 3, but tracking is still saying (5 days later) the package hasn't arrived at a facility yet.
 
They use UPS. UPS is so overwhelmed that they've been forced to hold shipments. I wonder if that can be the problem? In the meantime I had placed an order for a Marlie around Thanksgiving. It says delayed shipment. I had ordered two coin zips and a bottle of moisturizer with it and I've already received those. They do have standard in some kind of slower shipping. They must be sending it pony Express! However, it doesn't even show that they sent out the other things. I also had ordered a Rambler from Coach and it shipped through the outlet and I had received it quickly.
Some time ago I had ordered a Cassie 19 from Macy's and I sent that back. I sent it back because the discount wasn't steep enough for me to accept a returned bag. It had a cut tag and no wrapping and it was thrown in a plastic bag. I I was so annoyed that I never used it. I also had viewed it as a replacement for a Rambler. But when I saw the Rambler at $237, it was a no brainier; the Cassie 19 had cost more. I really like the Cassie and hope this little thing comes through. I already own a British tan vintage Court bag. If I get it, I'll be happy. If not, it's ok.

For us here, UPS has been very timely--they seem to move their packages along. But the other carriers, Fedex and USPS are much slower as the items keep getting held up at the various stopping points for extra days before moving on.

Same here. I'm in the NE USA and USPS and Fedex has been very hit or miss. Fedex frequently will say delivery exception and has always been that way for me. UPS had been pretty good. I'm just confused why they obviously marked the bag as shipped but it hasn't arrived at UPS yet. Meanwhile, my impatience had me ordering a couple vintage bags (legacy zip and basic bag) from ebay and now I'm directing my impatience at USPS as well. I just want ANY bag to get to me! :)
 
Since we are on the topic. I had a bag delivered on Saturday. It arrived very late in the day. Normally, deliveries arrive by 1pm. It was delivered from a person making deliveries in their personal car, not a UPS truck. I couldn’t see if they had on a UPS uniform because it was dark. I guess they are outsourcing to meet the demands.

I'm so obsessed I went and I checked my order history again with the coach outlet and status moved from Backordered and ships 12/28 to Processing.
