They use UPS. UPS is so overwhelmed that they've been forced to hold shipments. I wonder if that can be the problem? In the meantime I had placed an order for a Marlie around Thanksgiving. It says delayed shipment. I had ordered two coin zips and a bottle of moisturizer with it and I've already received those. They do have standard in some kind of slower shipping. They must be sending it pony Express! However, it doesn't even show that they sent out the other things. I also had ordered a Rambler from
Coach and it shipped through the outlet and I had received it quickly.
Some time ago I had ordered a Cassie 19 from Macy's and I sent that back. I sent it back because the discount wasn't steep enough for me to accept a returned bag. It had a cut tag and no wrapping and it was thrown in a plastic bag. I I was so annoyed that I never used it. I also had viewed it as a replacement for a Rambler. But when I saw the Rambler at $237, it was a no brainier; the Cassie 19 had cost more. I really like the Cassie and hope this little thing comes through. I already own a British tan vintage Court bag. If I get it, I'll be happy. If not, it's ok.
