I found it funny that USPS is considered express. I guess priority mail is considered express when compared to UPS ground?
I currently have two eBay orders coming to me in an "in transit, arriving late" status mailed USPS priority mail right now. Hopefully the Cassie is my lucky mail package that comes through in a few days.
Definitely check your order status online. I never received any shipping emails and all my orders have now shipped.Yay! This means there is hope for my Cassie order too.
You can get one from the boutique. Just bring your receipt. I had done it before.

Scooter, thanks for pointing out email from outlet. I wouldn't have looked. Anyway, I wonder how many people actually got these? Good of Coach to honor the mistake. I had read somewhere that during a certain quarter they were down 50% of their typical sales. I hope they don't discontinue the Cassie. It's such a beautiful, timeless classic and a certain segment of Coach's clientele purchase for durability and classic style. I've been collecting Coach since 1995. I have kept my vintage pieces, because they are still alive and kicking.

Thanks to this thread I was lucky to be able to purchase a black Cassie at this amazing price. I’ve been wanting a black one for a while now. Mine also says shipped and it will arrive on Monday. Since I am in Canada, I didn’t realize the Coach outlet site ships items directly from Canada as I paid in US dollars. I’m not complaining as it will come to me quicker but I was surprised that it was coming from Canada. I wonder if this typically happens for outlet purchases if they have it in stock in Canada they will ship it because logistically it makes sense.

It's officially turned into a pumpkin. The spot on the outlet site only shows sold out with a graphite Cassie but the choice for the pollen color.
So odd. They sold out a couple hours ago and it said pollen but showed black and now it shows graphite. Hmmmm....
