New grey coach Cassie with “let’s go” black bb bandeau from Louis Vuitton
I got a notice today saying my Coach Cassie from the outlet was cancelled and when I go in to check the order number it no longer appears as a valid order. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I purchased that one and it stopped me from getting one that was likely on discount elsewhere and actually available. Bummed.

What a bummer! I got a message saying "Your Item is on Backorder" and it says the item is temporarily out of stock and I won't be billed until after it ships. When I check the site, my order still shows as processing. Maybe because I am not a member it was outright cancelled? I checked out as a guest and the order is now completely gone and it said I won't be billed. I think I'll start searching for another one that is on discount someplace.

It is honesty really weird. If the listing is an error why do they kept reactivating it? I hope it ships since I really want it...lol...not that I need it if it does get cancelled.
Yes, very strange. If my orders don't get cancelled then I'll have some family members getting Cassie bags for Christmas. It'll be like Oprah..."you're getting a bag, you're getting a bag!" 
I went kind of nuts on Black Friday on the Coach retail website and bought several items, including a black Cassie for $245. I didn’t realize that the black was (or was about to be) on the Outlet site for way cheaper. My retail website order has just been shown as “processing” since last Friday. In ordinary times, I might consider trying to place an Outlet order and just return the retail bag (if it ever even ships: I’ve had a couple of “processing” orders go cancelled this autumn), but with COVID rampant and my avoiding non-essential trips outside the house, I just don’t have the energy for it.
You could return by mail or UPS right?
I returned a different item to coach the other day and I was impressed with their precautions in store. However I made my original purchase with PayPal and didn't realize if you return to store it's store credit rather than refund. So they ended up just shipping my item back for me. I could have saved the trip to the store and just dropped it in a UPS box myself but they were super helpful and friendly even though I felt kind of silly not knowing the return policy with PayPal purchases.
