EXACTLY! She contacted them yesterday and again today. Why call so many times about the order instead of just letting it process to see what happens? I don't get it!

I don't get it either. Some people always call after placing an order to see if it's in stock or if it'll ship. I guess I'm missing what that accomplishes especially when they order bag after bag after bag...like it's not like you don't have a bag to use...

Well all this talk about possible error for the Cassie order just caused me to order a Rogue. Why? I definitely don't need one but it's insurance in case the Cassie order gets cancelled. At least that's what I'm telling myself.
My navy Cassie! Even though I bought this almost a year ago, today is my first time using it.
I just picked up a black Cassie for $105 from the Coach outlet website! It's on back order and won't ship until 12/23/20 but it's such a good deal I just couldn't resist. The weird thing is that I couldn't find the bag using the Coach outlet website's search function. However, the bag came up when I searched for it via Lyst.com. Here's the link I used.

Same. I found mine by just doing a Google search, it never came up through the site itself. My order hasn't been cancelled so I am just assuming it's all ok.
It keeps saying it was added to cart successfully, but doesn't show up at checkout. I guess it's a sign I have enough pending orders already.
