It's the really washed out colours that I dislike; rose dragee, griolet, cardamon.
And I loathe the neutrals; naturel, etoupe, alezan, gold.
And anything on the yellow-orange scale I have to close my eyes to and turn away.
I always found blue jean just boring rather than objectionable
Toundra is not attractive but I like vert bronze and vert olive so I imagine this thread reflects all our personalities, upbringings and respective cultures.
I too mourn the loss of a real red. But Hermes tends to not do reds very well in silk as well as leather - or at least not consistently.
BUT at least Hermes is pushing the boundaries with colour - if you compare and contrast with the limited and downright dull palettes of houses like Delvaux and Valextra I'll happily chortle at a few misses whilst glorying in the triumph of a Thalassa or Quetsch.
