Hi I posted in another thread but just saw this one that seems more on point. Wondering if y’all had thoughts on this one. It doesn’t feel too substantial to me so thought about returning it. It’s for my wife’s Xmas present.

Has your wife got Chanel WOC in black caviar leather ? If not, you can exchange to that combo, I think you can't go wrong with it.
For me, I use my black WOC more than any other bags since I carry only phone, some cards, key and lip balm.
I just bought a 28 series reissue woc I’m loving it for the casual look compared to my classic woc x
I got my first ever WOC for Christmas, white lambskin with black hardware and I love it! Surprisingly at first, I didn't really think much of it until I tried it on! It made me realise how important it is to actually try things on in-store! I like that the black hardware makes the bag a little edgy/casual but I can still use it on dressy occasions.

WOC was long on my wishlist. Was waiting for a nice color. Joining the club with this 23p light blue.
I am loving the look with chain doubled as a shoulder bag. For those who wear their WOC with chain wrapped around the flap, do you notice any wear. I plan to use it as an everyday bag.

No wear noticed on mine and I tend to wear it either doubled up like a shoulder bag or the chain wrapped around once to shorten it for crossbody style. But I carry mine only about a few times a month. It has however developed a loose stitch at the corner - still not sure how that happened

So I noticed that there is a bunching in the corner of my WOC and there is a huge line across the WOC. The line is probably from opening and closing but I do not understand why there is so much bunching in one corner of the WOC. It is quite evident in the pic. Does anyone know if this can be smoothened out if I take it to my SA? I can visit or text my SA but I just wanted to check if anyone has experiences this kind of wear before and if it can be fixed. What baffles me is that I only use my WOC for travel and evening/dinner events so do not understand how this happened with limited use. I bought this about 1 yr ago. TIA! 
It looks normal to me... I used to have 2 wocs before and they will crease up over time from wear and tear
You mean the line across the WOC? The inside will stretch out the outside flap leather. How do you store your WOC? I suggest doing it unclosed- leave it open.
Yeah the line across but more than that the creasing on one corner. Pic attached with markup.

I see what you’re talking about. Mine has that as well. I just assumed it might be from the leather being pulled when it was stitched but I really don’t know. I’ve had mine for bout 2 years and carry it quite often and it hasn’t gotten worse. I say if it makes you uncomfortable reach out to your SA or bring it to the store.
