She overpaid, the apartment had a lien on it.
The market is soft at that price point.
And the conservator wanted a quick sale as I expect nobody stepped up to pay the lien, the mortgage and the maintenance.
Poor Wendy all she talked about was that condo in the sky and she barely had time to enjoy herself there.
I hope she is well taken care of and live in peace.

Wendy was in a supplement store with her son recently. It’s the first time she’s been photographed in months. Hope she’s doing okay, her eyes look almost empty to me. The owner posted about it on social media. Looks like it was a promotion for the business because she’s holding up a bag of samples he gave her and her son put on a t-shirt for the store.

Hmmm they might have a case because she clearly wasn’t in sound mind for this documentary, and hasn’t been for a while.However most reality shows pay very little unless you have PMK representing you lol. It’s so sad how so many people in her life took advantage of her and her.

I wish he would man-up and stop leeching off of Wendy. He has always been able to intimidate her to get his way and that’s what he hopes to do if he gets her in court. In her frail mental state she’d probably break down and beg him to take care of her. :cursing:
