I just saw the empreinte in Aurore yesterday and it is gorgeous! I love Vernis, but empreinte is more durable.

Fgl11 They are both pretty, but I would go with the empreinte! The leather is so luxurious and is much easier to care for. Good luck deciding!

Do you think the aurore color is going to match with the damier ebene purse nicely? I know you posted your aurore wallet with monogram purse but would the damier look as good together?

Another vote for Empreinte - it's much more durable and not so prone to the color transfer from receipts, etc. Having a vernis wallet means being a lot more careful as it easily gets pen marks, color transfer and you will be bummed if that happens!

I would be bummed if anything happened to it!

I think it is the perfect color for a wallet! It is a nice little pop of color, yet it is still a great neutral. I think it will match nicely with the DE Canvas, but if your bag has a lot of red lining showing you may not love it together. You could always go with Earth and it will match pretty much all of the LVs.

I'm planning to buy a french wallet...will it fit in the favorite pm? Is the vernis a nice choice or will it easily be scratched?

I have four vernis wallets and they don't have any big scratches. I use them all the time. Vernis is durable, don't worry. Just the light colours can get color transfer if you put something like newspaper or bills on it. Vernis is a great choice!
As was already said, French wallet can look bulky if it is overstuffed. But otherwise it is a great wallet, I had one in pomme d'amour and I enjoyed using her.
