I was too shy to actually stuff everything I brought with me - all at once - into the Speedy B, but I choose a few key items (like my sign language book, which is large AND thick), my water bottle, my iPad mini, and my Eva. I compared the 30 and the 25, and actually didn't put the Eva in the 25. As I was going to put it in, the lady said the Eva wouldn't fit in a 25, so I thought, "Maybe they would rather me not try to stretch their bags," so I didn't.
I figured that with the 25's smaller opening (due to its smaller size), the 30 would be better for me. Even if the Eva can fit, it means having to do more manoeuvring to get stuff in and out. And, the sign language book fit just perfectly in the 30 (and due to its weight, it would sit on the bottom and sort of be a bag shaper, haha). I know it wouldn't fit in the 25.
Think I'd rather have a bag that's a bit roomy, rather than a bag that is stuffed all the time.
My Eva is already my bag that is stuffed all the time!
I was soooo excited to try the bags out with some items! It was so hard not to just go ahead and buy it!
I also tried on some bandeaus and got myself one.
I don't know how I missed this post before. Anyway, sounds like you had a lot of fun. I should try this strategy some time and see how my stuff fit in a bag at the store. Congrats on the bandeau! It's so hard to leave completely empty handed.

i first wanted the bleu nuit but it is discontinued and i wanted a new vernis so grand bleu was my choice and it i my one and only vernis piece and i love the colorYes, it is! It's nicer than pics right??
