When I ordered via phone last week, the classic tall were $84, same as on the website before, you just have to pay $14.95 shipping.

so my friend keeps calling kitson to inquire about her order....... and they won't answer the phone...... it goes straight to voicemail...... ugh has anybody successfully contacted them? i mean, my friend's credit card has not been charged yet so that's the only positive thing so far......

I called the phone number on the order receipt which is 1.800.814.8447 and there is person that answer to phone. He said that will order will be delivered this weekend then 5 minutes later I got an email saying that my order has been cancelled.

No charge on my CC either, and also no confirmation e-mail yet...

I'm going to call today and see what the heck is going on.
I got the confirmation e-mail once I placed my order on the 28th, but never got a shipping e-mail.
My card also wasn't charged yet =(

They were probably out of stock, sometimes companies will hold your order until they restock, but usually they tell you if that is what they are doing.
