^^^^^ how did they come?? I'm waiting on mines i thought it would be here today. My door was open enough where it look like I had a package but they was no package when i got home 
I have a pair of koolaburra too! IMO they are SOFTER than UGGs and they have the removable insole so you can easily take them out for cleaning/spraying if needed.
However, even if they are more expensive I am SUCH A SNOB I like the UGG sign on the back better

Bloomingdales and Lord and Taylor had sandals and rainboots on sale. I snagged a pair of Gypsy in gold for $49 and the rainboots were $90.
What kind of shipping did they use? Did you have to sign anything or was it left at your doorstep?

i haven't received a cancellation email, but no shipping one either.

I'm kind of thinking if this continues with Kitson not answering their phones or sending cancellation emails that we should contact the BBB. This is insane!
wow... it amazes me how bad kitson customer service turned out... i wonder if anybody who ordered them will actually receive them? i hope kitson runs themselves into the ground... they stink!

some uggs on sale here, prices may not be highly discounted, but they have them on yellow tag which reduces every month if in stock, if you keep track you may get lucky.

I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday morning. I just had regular UPS delivery. UPS called notify that I will have a delivery on Friday and saying it must be signed. I left a note on my door asking the UPS man to leave it there for me.
UPS did left there when I came home from work. He also left me a note saying that he nornally don't do that, but he did it this time.

THats exactly what they did to me too. I placed my order on the 27th and finally decided to email 5 days ago. First of all, their CS department is impossible to get a hold of by phone and no reply through emails either. I ended up calling a store and a sales rep gave me her manager's personal email. She them forwarded it to CS to figure out the problem..and to no surprise I got a cancellation msg.
