I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday morning. I just had regular UPS delivery. UPS called notify that I will have a delivery on Friday and saying it must be signed. I left a note on my door asking the UPS man to leave it there for me.

I'm surpised beause UPS is a joke, i called because they alled me Sunday and told me they will try and deliver on monday when i got home they was a not that i missed him. I called the next day and said i will pick them up. When i got to the center to pick the order up the lady was so mean and getting an attiude she made me call customer service again. They went back and fourth about how messed up and why my package was still in the sorter. I demanded from both that i need my package today because i wasn't coming back. The figured it out and 10mins later a driver bought my package up to the front. I walked out pretty upset, but glad overall i finally got my baby UGGS for the winter and they are kinda big for a size small.

Anybody else have the erin uggs size small, how did they fit on your baby's feet?

Just got back from Nordstrom's, they have a couple styles of Uggs on sale, got the Mayfaire boots for 120, normally 180. I also saw the Endells and some loafers. They had a fabric screen up, it was the early access for the salon shoe sale.

I am sorry to hear the trouble w/ UPS. I ordered Uggs Erin in 3 large and 1 small. The large size for my son who is 26 months now. It will fit him in winter time. Originally I got size small w/ intention to give to someone as a gift, but I decided to keep for my 2nd son who is due anytime now. By Christmas, he shoulld be 4 months. I hope that it will fit him so he can match w/ his older brother.

First of all, their CS department is impossible to get a hold of by phone and no reply through emails either. I ended up calling a store and a sales rep gave me her manager's personal email. She them forwarded it to CS to figure out the problem..and to no surprise I got a cancellation msg.

So if I havent heard anything from them now (I ordered on 6/28) means that my order is also canceled? So annoying! Do I still need to call to make sure it's canceled? :pout:

Since you all are talking about uggs, maybe you can help me!

So from the Nordstrom sale I'm thinking of ordering some boots. I'd love to hear some advice on how these fit:

- Ugg 'Cordy' (im a size 7 in regular Uggs) - should i stick to a size 7? Is the wool itchy?
- Ugg "Mayfaire' (how does the size compare to regular uggs?) - does the zipper bug you?
- and not a boot but Ugg 'Roam' (i have the Thelma, wondering if it is similar in size?)

i've been wondering what happened to my kitson order too, i think i ordered around your time. yangmiumiu did you ever get a cancellation e-mail? i haven't hear anything from them since i've ordered! the only thing i received was a confirmation e-mail. gosh, CS is pretty darn bad! BOO!
