I ordered my pair through the store (the salesperson said she had it in her hands and were going to take it to the shipping guy once I gave them the credit card info.) I did mention about ordering online because I wanted to use the 15% off online coupon. However, the salesperson said ordering online takes longer because the shipping guy has to go through the entire warehouse and orders and some items might not be available.

I would recommend calling the stores.

Ugh I wish I could take advantage of the deals but I already have chestnut, chocolate, and black classics LOL!

I'm looking for a gray pair next so let me know if anyone finds a size 8 on sale!

yeah my friend ordered a pair of the tall black ones online last monday and still has not received any email for shipment confirmation... i hope it is soon... has anybody else received a shipment confirmation yet?

I just received my Ugg Cardy from Bloomingdales today. Very happy! I am still waiting to 4 pairs of Ugg Erin Booties from Kitson. Still have not received confirmation yet. It has been a week. Hoping that they will not cancel my order.

My on-line order from Kitson just got cancelled.

I called the store and told them that on-line are 50% off for Ugg Erin baby, but they cannot locate online. Now, I cannot see it on-line either.

lindacris, try to call the store to see if they could price match it and order through them. I think it's more likely that they will canceled it. My on-line order was place on June 29, 2009 and even today it has not show up my on my credit card. I called to check on my status and 5 minutes later, my order was cancelled.

I am trying to forward my order to SA at the store to see if they could price match for me.

Thanks for the advice. I placed my order on June 27 so I will call.
