I purchased the squeeze bag from the Loewe store back when it launched in September. I used it on and off — probably 4 or 5 times in total.
To my dismay, I noticed today that the bag had glue/strings coming out from the seams.

I took a closer look at the entire bag, and the hardware was already tarnished — something I never saw on my other Loewe bags. For a bag that almost costs $5000, I’m utterly disappointed in the quality. Does anyone know the recourse for something like this? Will Loewe offer a refund/store credit?
