so after wearing these beauties for 3 months I think I am ready so share my experience.
I will start with the small size, which I had in black. The size was super practical, when you put only few items in it, it stays flat but still maintains its pretty shape, its really easy to get things in and out while giving the feeling of safety because of the way the ruched top clings to your body making the entrance to the bag really well hidden. It is gorgeous and wearing it made me feel really happy. BUT I found the gold chain really fuffy. The black handle which was supposed to ensure comfort kept falling off my shoulder and I kept getting the chain imprinted in my skin. The bag leather was so delicate that after only few wears I noticed rubbing on the corners. When I like a bag a tend to wear it a lot, a lot in my case is some 3 x a week so seeing the corner wear only after 2 months was not a pleasant sight. So to me it was just another black bag which was not comfortable to wear every day. I must admit I sold this bag and reverted back to my medium puzzle which doesn’t show signs of corner wear even after years of use. My bags need to stand the test of time and wear and this Squeeze is not it!
Moving on to the Medium Squeeze is crimson colour. I love how much it can hold (laptop, notebook, all my pouches and more), how the bag looks , I love the colour , I love the gold aesthetically it is the most stunning bag in my collection. BUT the chain does not stay on my shoulder no matter what I put in it, I end up carrying it as top handle instead of shoulder bag. When cross body the handle slides on the chain and I end up carrying it by the gold chain while the handle is somewhere on my back. I whore it with jeans and got colour transfer. But the colour of the bag looks so good with jeans that I keep doing it, hence the corner wear (photo attached). I use bag shaper for storage and for use and I use stand as you see in the photos above for storing and maintaining the shape. It is a really delicate bag that probably is not for everyday use. But I decided to keep it and I do wear it everyday despite knowing if will get marks , discolouration and scratches. Why?! Because it gives me a great pleasure every time I take it out. The pleasure outweighs the desire for longevity.
The
Loewe Squeeze Medium is my second most used bag, for now.
If you are looking for practical everyday bag , I would say move on, unless , like me, you are willing to see the bag age really quickly.
