The Squeeze bag

Obsessed with the new iteration of the squeeze bag with the rope instead of the chain - love how it highlights the laid back and easy quality of the design. Anybody that uses a squeeze bag have any idea how this might wear? Looks like it adjusts by tying a knot… think the rope would hold up or be annoying to change? Anybody have insights into pricing?
Loewe did release one color of this size during paula's ibiza this year.

I bought a small squeeze in oak in store in Munich 10 days ago.
After the fist day I wore it, the next morning I was taking my stuff out and noticed that 2 corners were peeling and third had just started 😩😱.
I took pictures and sent it to Loewe. I have two more Loewe bags and a small wallet, everything was great quality. I am beyond shock this is possible! It would last longer if it was made from paper! 😭

I took pictures and sent it to Loewe. I have two more Loewe bags and a small wallet, everything was great quality. I am beyond shock this is possible! It would last longer if it was made from paper! 😭
My olive squeeze has some rubbing too in the corners, but the fact that it happened after the first day is crazy! I feel like the lambskin they use on the squeeze is too delicate :(

I’d be concerned it was a dupe that got returned to the store and resold to you, the leather doesn’t look right closeup. Let us know what Loewe says…

Omg I’d be devastated! The squeeze is one of the more expensive ones 😖

Would you get the same bag or were you offered a different bag? I’d have second thoughts if it happened to me.
I was offered the same bag by Loewe Customer Service I went to the store where I bought it, brought in the bag (I didn’t have to, they offered to collect it at my house), and I asked to return it and later decide if I want a new Squeeze or not. But then they explained they would need to open another case, send the bag to Madrid and evaluate and then let me know if I can return or not. It was too complicated and I couldn’t know what their decision would be (what if they offer just a repair this time 😱) so we agreed that they send me a new bag but I choose a different color. They said that this was the first time anyone had this problem. Bottom line is, I still love the bag!

Update:
I still have not received a clear response from the Loewe Customer Service.
No info for a week. This Friday I sent an Email asking them when will they send me my bag.
I received the response today, which I will quote:
“Kindly be informed that we have sent the request to the after sales service. Please note that the small Squeeze Bag in nappa lambskin leather cil 10973030 is in short supply. As soon as it arrives to our after sales department if there is stock we will send you a new unit.”

Client services talks to after-sales services. How about good- old “Customer service”?
I still do not have a clear answer. “If there is stock we will send you”.

And the bag is available online!!

Ah what a nightmare…
