I've gathered some CW intels for echec au roi...not sure which will be translated for silks vs gms, but I think it's one of the most publicly visible new designs from the collection

03 marine/orange/ciel...most likely the same colorway as the jacket

09 blanc/jaune vif/bleu...possibly the cw of the show opener jacket

13 blanc/argile clair/rose poudre...looks like the silk version's shown at the show on the model's wrist and the GM as shown by the lovely chincac


07 blanc/gris/rouge...gm

Luckily, it appears my wallet is relatively safe this season although Licorne is cute, as is Tropique but I MUST have Equateur summer silk (below) and will likely try the Pique Fleuri GM as well.

This summer silk GM Equator is beyond stunning, sexy, chic and soooooo Hermes!!!! Well, I just gasped when I saw the photo (many thanks!!!) and knew I have to have it. Super in the summer; a show stopper with a black silk dress in the winter, etc. Yippee!!!!!!!!!!

Glad I could help, papertiger! This is definitely one that was difficult to imagine until I actually tried it on. I am happy that the effect is more abstract graffiti than "hermes, hermes, hermes" in gigantic lettering, haha.

This is really, truly, stunningly beautiful and is one of the true standouts to the next season, IMHO!

 

[Les Tambours]

The reissue of Le Mors a la Conetable is now up on the French and UK sites in some excellent colourways; both bright and restrained.

And for the 70cm vintage silk we can see Les Sportives, Tropiques ( astonishingly pretty), Un Amour de Cheval, Coach and Swing.

I did think my bank account was safe this season but the Le Mors a la Conetable and Le Songe de la Licorne and the forthcoming mouselline stoles may yet break my resolve.
