If I may ask, why does everyone want a MIF bag so much? Is quality that bad if it's made in US or Spain?

Because LV is a French company, it’s also difficult to buy a Chanel bag made in France because those companies now making bags out side of France.

@PrayersandPurses congratulations on your find! Did you walk into stores to ask or kept calling around? I cant get through to an LV store directly on the phone as they route you to a central call center. Any tips on how to hunt this unicorn down? Happy canada day to you too!

@Pop Art Suzy for me it's just the fact that LV is a French company My DA PA is Made in Spain, still Europe so I'm good with that lol.

Has anyone bought a non-LV vachetta strap for their Speedy 20? If so, where did you get yours and does the hardware color match? I bought one on Etsy a while ago but the hardware doesn’t match and it’s been bothering me. TIA!

Hi fellow speedy lovers, I'm looking to join the speedy club and am interested in the speedy b 25 in black empreinte. My one concern is that I've heard a few people mention that the side/corners cave in after a few months of use, even when a bag insert is used (I've asked this before and received one great response but thought maybe my question would get more traction here). I was wondering what your experience with your bag as been. Here is a pic - not mine but someone who owns this beauty who posted on IG. Thank you!

Yes the same thing happened to my speedy 25 emprinte in touterelle. One of the sides have caved in n it's a 3 month old bag n used for about 5 times. I use a bag insert when carrying the bag

Can share what was the wonderful response u got from the other thread about possible reasons for the sides caving in?

The person who responded to me in the other thread did not encounter this issue after a longer period of use + more frequent use than yours so there weren't any reasons for the sides caving in.

That’s obviously from use, no need to fix, just use it sell later or sell now buy another one

It doesn't look like the side is caving in that much but I can definitely see the dent - which is so disappointing, especially when you have a bag insert! Thanks for sharing!

My 25 just came in! Nothing like brand new vachetta to make you mindful of wiping the chocolate off of your hands before handling the bag!

Thank you They have been hidding in my closet that I almost forgot about them, I usually go after other brands lol! I did some research and found that the black one was from 2004 (I think...code is SP 0074) but I can't seem to remember when I purchased the small white one and I couldn't find a code anywhere
