this is my beloved speedy b 35 that is 8yo .
I have 3 speedy (ies) from 25,30 and 35 .. it is huge compared to 25 , you can fit double as much on 35 ..
I use most 30 and 35 on daily basis (work and out of the house if my kids are with me) Again , depends on what your lifestyle , I use 25 if just to go for errands / outing without kids …

I definitely prefer the bandouliere. I use my DE 30B mostly when I need to bring my work headphones and/or water bottle or during weekends when I go into town. I like being able to pick things up and have my hands free for lunch or to text without something being able to grab and run away with my purse (hasn’t happened yet, but growing up in a neighbourhood that isn’t the best definitely prepares you for the worst).

Someone posted on another thread that vachetta replacement on a speedy 30 was $600. I imagine with the latest price increase that it has incrementally increased the repair price. If you submit a request with photos to LV, they are prompt on replying. Good luck!

Thank you! I’m sure it’s more now and I’m good with that. I’m waiting on a quote now from LV so I’ll post it when they let me know. The hardest part is letting go of the bag for awhile. Seems things are very slow and not sure I want to risk parting with my bag for months! Then I worry about things like what if they loose the bag lol the bag is from 96 and replacement would not be satisfactory as they don’t make speedy bags like they use to. The bag is very much usable the only thing annoying about the bag is the leather tab on the zip pull has a crack in the leather so anytime it could just break off.
