Good morning- I just received my new speedy 35 from online. It’s MIF and the canvas seems dull and matte compared to my older speedy 30. Can someone please tell me if this is a defect and needs to be returned. Thank you all sooo much!!!

This is a classic I have yet to add to my collection
in size 30 with a strap.To your question:
I am afraid that is just the batch of the canvas. My monogram bags almost all differ in the canvas ... if you don‘t like it that way, return and wait with another order for a couple of weeks! (Keep in mind that there is a price increase coming in September/October according to the price increase thread)
I‘ll attach a pic of some of my bags. The Neo Noé is the brightest canvas (Fall 2019), followed by the regular Noé (March 2019). My Metis is very matte and toned down (December 2019). All made in France. I know some people don‘t like it but I kind of like the more subtle look... it never bothered me and I never noticed until I put them side by side in direct daylight.

What’s the difference between this & the other Speedy thread? Is one only for Speedy B’s?

i thought this bag was discontinued, wasn’t it ? I thought about viewing the Speedy 30 in the navy red combo in empreinte as I saw it months ago in a lady and it was so chic, but couldn’t find it at all onlineDoes anyone know what happened to the speedy emrpeinte? it doesn't show up on the German LV-website anymore
Joining with my speedy 25 that arrived today! I usually like smaller bags, and use my PA’s and Favorite MM the most, but wanted something a little bigger, and have been eyeing the Speedy for a while. Decided to grab it before the next price increase. She’s perfect and MIF which is a bonus. Where do most people seem to keep the lock? I’m not sure I want to keep it attached to the zipper pull as I’m worried it’ll get scratched easier.

I keep my lock attached to one of the side rings where the strap attaches. Keeps it out of the way, but still part of the bag to admire. Enjoy your new beauty

Gorgeous! Mine arrives tomorrow. I plan to keep the lock stored away unless I need it.
