Found this Little Lovely for my mom on Fashionphile and she loves it! FP described a musty odor, but it smelled fine to me. Bag is in wonderful condition.

My mom’s friend brought her this Paris scarf back from a trip to France, so I dressed up her bag with it, along with a heart charm from Coach that she’s had for a few years.

I recently re-conditioned 2 Mono Speedy’s - a 35 belonging to a friend of mine and a 25 that my mom recently purchased pre-loved from Fashionphile.

I posted a video on YouTube of the step-by-step process I used to clean the canvas, Vachetta leather, and interior here:



Below are some before and after pics of the Speedy 35 I cleaned for my friend. The handles were dry, dull, and cracking. Now they are supple and shiny!

Nay, sorry but it looks as it has its arms in plaster ...and you risk an uneven patina with such a new vacchetta

thank you for your insight. i wouldn't want to risk an uneven patina and i do understand that patina is inevitable and part of the beauty of LV vachetta.

I am a speedy girl for sure--have a few! My first speedy was the classic 25 monogram which I sold years ago. Loved that bag! Now I'm missing it, and thinking of rebuying it for my birthday this spring. What do you all think? I do have a few speedys but there is just something about that classic monogram.....is it silly to repurchase it?
