Honestly I don't think it adds much weight at all. I usually have 6 key holder, wallet (Clemence or ZCP), mini pochette for make up and odd bits, little coin purse and DE Cles for bandaide and meds + usually sunglasses and if I am going to be out and about, bottle of water. I don't notice the additional weight if any. For me, I hate "digging" around to find my stuff, with the organise it keeps everything in its place. I can't use the speedy or Neverfull without it. Also I Iike that I don't have to worry if my Vernis slg items are touching print stuff (like tissue or screen print on mini pochette) and water bottle as it condenses, the water drops don't go onto my slg. I definitely think it's worth a try.

Yes, I use them on both Speedy 25 classic and 30. I’ve posted pics before, can’t find them now, sorry. The straps are very well made, and after several years, haven’t found any damage to bag from using them. They are about $250-$300 each and can be purchased from LV website.

I should also mention that the straps are adjustable;for me nothing ruins the looks of a bag more than having it carried too long or too short.

I think going forward, the only 30 B I would get if it was a bag that was a LE (such as the Tahitienne) that ONLY comes in a 30B. Hope this helps. I attach a strap to the classic if I need to be hands free. I have a 30 Classic vintage and have done this for years with no damage. Eye candy below.
