yes it is.. especially when its warm it was quiet uncomfortable and did leave a mark on my shoulder the other day when i was wearing a halter top. i was also wearing the bag for a few hours (around 3) at a stretch

Hello! I'm looking to purchase my first LV bag and I've wanted Speedy for over 10 years so I'm super excited I'm now in a position where I can purchase one! I have a few questions and I would love some advice from the more experienced LV Speedy owners. The main one is, Damier Ebene or Monogram? I've got my eye on a Speedy 35 but which one?! Any help is much appreciated!

I guarantee that which ever one you choose, you will be wanting the other bag pattern as well! Speedy are great bags and both patterns are wonderful. I started out with the DE then purchased a preloved mono. Love them both!
Depends. Are you in a place where weather can be as issue? If you are, you have to watch the vachetta with Mono. The D. Ebene is a non issue in bad weather.
They are both great bags. If you put a photo of each bag next to each other, which do you gravitate to? Also, does the interior make a difference? That red in the DE is gorgeous.

Besides reading all the posts in different threads on this subject, I always try to watch a lot of the YouTube videos. Look for Speedy 30 vs 35 , etc. you'll get a lot of detailed feedback and might even hear about some things you hadn't even considered.
Hey ladies! i'm in line to get my 3rd LV, I'm thinking a Speedy B size 30. I have my original LV was a Speedy 30 in mono, then i got my Neverfull gm in DE and now idk. I was thinking i would get the Speedy B in either DA or DE.
My question is does the DA get dirty easily for those of you ladies that own it? I have no problem with the patina because i have experienced it with my original Speedy. Can you ladies help talk me into one or the other? DE or DA?

I got the DA Speedy 30 and not the 30B because I was afraid that crossbody or on shoulder I'd have more chances of the bag rubbing up against dark clothing and getting color transfer. I figure I can control that issue better with the bag in my hand or in the crook of my arm. So far no problems and I know a lot you have never had that problem, but I wanted to do what I could to eliminate even the possibility. So for me I'd do the 30B in DE.
I have both prints. The DA doesn't get dirty,I've had mine nearly 2 years. Sometimes I get tired of the color brown, and in spring and summer really enjoy wearing and looking at the DA, it's very pretty!
Hey gals! Just received a new to me monogram speedy 30 yesterday that I thought was in pretty good condition. Had some questions for you lovely ladies!
1. I paid $655 for it plus shipping. Do you think it was a good deal given its condition? (See pics). Its a 2013 model. Inside is clean. came with keys, lock, dust-bag and tags.
2. It has some creases from storage- will these come out if I store it well-stuffed? (See last two pics- last pic you can see how the side collapses inward- can this be fixed with proper stuffing over time?)
3. The sides look a bit wonky to me- almost like the piping collapses inward, but when I push the sides out from the inside they seem to get better. Do you think it's been improperly stitched? Thoughts? (See first three pics)

I stuff all mine with air paper and that does take the "new from the box" packing creases out. See if that helps the seams.
