Thanks for the input. I was able to check another bag that the LV store has in stock to hopefully exchange it. But the zipper is still the same wavy one. The SA said that all speedy bandouliere would have that zipper wavy like that. I may just have to look for a different crossbody bag.

I would say your SA is mistaken. My speedy b 25 does not have a wavy zipper. It is straight whether the bag is open or closed. Do not settle for one that is not to your liking. What’s happening with LV quality control, as their prices continue to climb.
Forgot to add...as someone who sews clothing, there is no reason the zipper should be wavy. The zipper is sewn into a straight seam and should lie flat. It is a problem with the person sewing the zipper in.

I really liked the Speedy B. I may try another LV store to check their inventory before giving up on the bag. I did check the date code and both the one that i have and the one in store is LA0220. Hopefully I may be able to find a speedy b from a different batch.
My 25 is from this year and my 30 is from last year. They both have a slight wave but it doesn’t bother me. I do t put organizers in them because I love the slouch but if was wavy with and organizer I think it might bother me a little.
LV sales associates are full of crap. Mine is straight. When I bought mine I asked why the hardware on the bag doesn’t match the hardware on the strap. The LV associate said it’s because the hardware on the bag is made in a different factory than that on the strap. Well how ironic that it’s a speedyb issue but not an issue on other bags. I love my speedyb25 in DE and will never part with it, but I’m convinced the employees just spew out what comes to mind when they’re on the spot. I would try a different LV store to check out their inventory if I were you.
Thanks for all your suggestions and input, they were very helpful. I went to a different LV store and I was able to exchange my Speedy B, and i got one that has a better zipper and hardware. And here it is...
My speedy 25 in empriente leather. I chose it for the wider opening and less popular look. Surprisingly I hardly use the shoulder strap. The strap is too long for me and I don’t prefer the cross body look.
For those who’s speedys are made in the USA, are your “made of imported material” tags cloth tags or leather tags? I just received my brand spanking new speedy b 30 DA and noticed the tag was cloth. I was under the impression that LV changed the cloth tags out years ago.
Oh ok. Wow I really thought they were changed out. All my newer USA LV bags have leather tags where as my older USA bags have the cloth tags. Thank you!
