My 35 made 2019, the canvas is much thinner and softer than the keepall I have, is it normal?

I’m in with my preloved speedy b25 and I love it! I debated so long over the size but it’s the perfect not-too-big crossbody everyday bag for me and what I carry.

I am wondering though, are the two straps with the hooks supposed to be different lengths? I’d like for the straps the be even when I’m wearing it but since the straps are different lengths one buckle is always higher than the other, if that makes sense.

Yes, I think they are different sizes so that the buckle won’t sit right on top of your shoulder is you are using only 2 straps, which would be uncomfortable.

I’m not sure if I should go with the 35 size or 40. I remember years ago I wanted a keepall as a everyday bag. But when I saw the keepall, it way too big as a everyday bag.
I just want a mini duffle bag to wear everyday! :biggrin:

To be safe, try them both on, the 35 seems very big to me but for a few dollars more you could get the 40. Guess I’m not much help!

I’m gonna try them out for sure when I get the time. I just hope they have them in stock.

I’m scared even the 40 might be overwhelming

I finally can join the Speedy Bandouliere Club and what a surprise when I couldn't find one! So shall we start one? Not just for any one canvas or leather, but just for the love and appreciation of this, what I consider to be, another essential Louis Vuitton classic.

My first LV wasn't a Speedy, but my next was an Epi Speedy 25. While I still own the bag I've struggled to love it. I always get "Zipper-Hands" when I reach inside. The top just isn't wide enough to suit me. But the design is so functional. Then 3 years ago after numerous purchases I bought a Speedy DE 30 and after carrying it almost too much, I feel deep in love with the size and the look of that bag. And I regretted I hadn't bought the Bandouliere for the crossbody option.

Fast forward to last week and I couldn't wait to run to the store and finally, finally, own the Bandouliere 30. I really wanted the Monogram, but knowing this was going to be a workhouse in my wardrobe, I opted for the DE. I LOVE this bag, more than any other I've owned. It holds everything I need with me every day with room for more. Even loaded, it's lightweight. It surprises me that this bag was only released in 2011. The look of the handbag is so feminine and ladylike worn handheld or on the crook of your arm. And how wonderful to have the crossbody option when your hands are full. Brilliant!

I try not to be wasteful... I sold a bag to make room for this purchase... but honestly, this bag is so perfect that I want one in each canvas.

So let's see some love for the Speedy Bandouliere!
