I don't think mine has soften up much at all that's why I got a shoulder pad that is off the keep all to use with my speedy and that has helped

I've had mine for almost 2.5 years and it's still pretty stiff. I wore it exclusively for the first six months and now only bring it out in rainy seasons.

Guys I have a question.

So seems like on my speedy 35 there's two different colors or brassware..zipper and rounded loops on the side are lighter than my lock and a strap attachement..

Here are some pics of it is this normal?Please help ;(

Unfortunately I have the same issue. When I look at it, it annoys me but since I don't really see it while wearing it, I get over it.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one with this issue.
It annoys me too but not to the point that I would get rid of my speedy b &#128513;&#128516;

I would think after sometime it will eventually be different Color..
So doesn't bother me much..just enjoy the bag

Just wanted to post more ootds with my speedy b! It's definitely my favorite style bag and I'm currently waiting for a preloved speedy b 25 in mono to come through the mail. Since it will already have a nice vachetta I won't have to baby it and it will look gorgeous with a nice honey tan! I'm super excited!!
The damier ebene is size 25
The monogram is size 30

Yes, it does soften up although it never gets as soft as the vachetta leather.

Does anyone know if you can purchase the pad only from the keep all? I would love to get one since the strap on the Damier ebene speedy b 30 is really uncomfortable.
