I have the mono 25 speedy b since sept/Oct. It has natural untreated leather/skin. So it's bound to have some wrinkle to it as you use it. I never worried about it, I just enjoy wearing my bag.

hello ladies!

i am about to purchase my speedy b 30 in DE soon!
want to check with you ladies, cause i intend to use it with the long shoulder strap ALL the time, will it cause the bag to have more wrinkling/creasing? read from some reviews that the long strap causes the leather/canvas to wrinkle.

how has your bag held up over time, for those who uses it with the long strap?

I use my mine on the shoulder strap all the time I haven't had any issues with wrinkling or creasing at all 😊 I love it more than my mono speedy b. Lol carefree

true that, i only have bags in DE since i dont like my bags to show age.
but have heard of some complaints with regards to the quality of speedy b hardware. :nogood:

but it's so beautiful i am getting it anyway hahaha :yes::woot::nuts:

Yes it's true. The speedy b's hw have different gold tones.. but whatever! I havent noticed any chipping or fading on the hw(except for the lock 😕) i throw my bag around.. which isn't the best thing to do lol... but it's still beautiful and I don't mind it at all. 😊

Just ordered a DE Speedy B 30! Gift to myself for Christmas/Birthday (in January) -- I debated for weeks between DE speedy b and another neverfull in DE...

I sold my Mono Speedy B 30 about 6 months ago, I adored that bag but just didn't use it as much as I would have liked, I don't have anything in DE and really needed something for the wet NE winter/spring weather!

I AM FINALLY IN YAY!!
the bag that I got was abit crumpled at the canvas. they showed me 3 new bags and the canvas looks very wrinkled. this is actually one of the better looking one. they assured me over and over again that the canvas will smoothen out in afew days time. not sure if this is the case. is that the case as well for you ladies?

I can't upload any pictures :(

but I would like to hear from you ladies. did you girls get perfectly perfect bags or slightly wrinkled ones cause of the way they fold and store their speedys?

Hi thanks. To be honest this is my first speedy so I wouldn't know if it's a better and improved version. Look wise I do like the new model with the puffy chapes better. I think you will not go wrong with a speedy be it new or old model. And the DE print will not show it's age and so carefree. GLD
