Hello Iéna friends!

I am so thrilled to join this club after one „mis-purchase“, a reconsideration and a one-year-hunt!

This bag was SO hard to come by in Europe (stores and online) and now during the store closures it became available online for a short amount of time- just in time as my hubby was looking for a gift for a special occasion we are celebrating! MIF

Long time wanted and finally MINE! I am over the moon and since I can‘t really take it anywhere now, I played around a little
and I got a bandeau to go with it also!
I just noticed that the canvas is another color... its not as bright. More subtle..

It’s a beautiful bag.... I’ve called CS yesterday who placed my request on the waiting list. I’m just wondering if you could kindly take a photo of the bottom of the ienna cos on the website it’s not showing clearly. I remember it used to be folded and the four corners are pointed and whether they are still same or not. Thanks

Oh how interesting- I was never able to get on a list. I was always told that it is not discontinued but its out of stock- like they paused to make it (I’m in Germany) and that was right the time when they put me on the list for the Reverse Monogram Pochette Metis- so I thought that meant something! And I got the PM reverse BEFORE the Iéna... strangest things happen.
Azur was almost always available... well here is the picture of the bottom!
...and of course am I taking more pictures! As many as you want ! !!
The corners are my concern. But I decided to not let this keep me from enjoying it. I watched all the reviews by JustJennifer on youtube and she never had issues... so fingers crossed!

I love that this DE has no bright red interior!

Oh and one thing I have noticed about the pointy corners: When I place the bag on an even surface- like a table- then the corners don‘t even touch the surface.
The Iéna does not stand on the four corners, more on the flat bottom...the corners are „in the air“ Does that make sense?
I think it‘s because the canvas is so soft and slouchy. Is that understandable??? I‘ll attach another picture.

Thanks for photos. Despite the folded corners, I will still get it. The da one is great for summer but I live in north of uk where it is cold and raining most of the year. Beside the D azure has the tendency to turn yellowish tone after a period of time too. I’ve also requested a Pochette Métis mono over the phone last year and put on the waiting list then quite quickly was told it was available and got it. Still love it and so far no problem with glazing issue. However yesterday I was told certain popular items such as the mini pa, nano speedy, key pouch or reverse card holder are not allowed to place on the waiting list nor is the notifying facility available. To keeping me busy during the lockdown, I’ve been stalking them online days and night like a crazy lunatic......

Totally PM vs Iéna MM

Previously I was considering whether to get the totally mm de and was too late as it was discontinued then. Initially I was thinking to get it an used one but I prefer a brand new bag. Which one you like best if you have to choose?

I totally understand why you want DE... same here! Strange how they keep waiting lists for certain items and for others not. Apparently it doesn‘t even play a role if it‘s a rare item like the PM or a bag like Iéna with a rather small Clubhouse on the purseforum.
Don‘t give up! I kept the Iéna on my wishlist: just because! and practically gave up on her... she was at the bottom of my list and one day absolutely unexpected: ATB. It does happen. It was about 6 in the morning (shortly after that).

Between the Totally and Iéna I have to admit that I may not be the right person to ask. I bought the Totally PM preloved in very good condition and took her on holiday (by plane) and it was great but oh my.... TOO SMALL! I couldn't closed it and I bought it because of the zipper Lesson learned. I used it on holiday as an everyday bag and that was awesome! The outer pockets are fantastic to slide in your phone, tissues, hand sanitizer or tictacs... but on a plane when you put a scarf, a book, and snacks etc in it... nope that was a fail!

Now the Iéna wasn’t put to a test yet but it is a little too big for everyday for me (I use the Pochette Metis everyday)
I think the outer zipper is a plus because you can have your phone slide in securely (the Totally pockets are open but I feel they are still secure)

The organization inside is the same. I would say Totally MM would be just as nice to have, but like you I prefer new or almost new... and that is hard to find!

If both were available new at the store I would probably have picked the Totally MM because of the folded corners of Iéna... I just convinced myself now that the corners are no big deal! honestly, my hope is that I use the bag a lot during the first year and IF something happens, I have wonderful a SA who will hopefully take care of me .

I would love an Iena pm in DE, but I was told it was discontinued. Does anyone know if it’s still possible to find one sitting in an LV store or is it not worth my time trying to track one down?

Now in late March I was able to order online after missing it once and never saw it again.
I think it was due to the closed stores.

The nice lady on the other end told me that she could place an order for me and it could take a month or so until the bag is made and ready to ship(my SA in the store never offered this to me but at the same time put me on waitlists for other hard to find bags)
I didn‘t order then on the phone but I thought about it. I was lucky enough to see it pop up online again the next day and finally got my bag. But really... that was totally unexpected- I basically already gave up on this beauty and only kept it on my wishlist. Sometimes I thought about the Azur one out of desperation ... now I am glad to have my DE

So maybe you can try this- call the client service and ask. Maybe call twice since you get different info from different people.

Hi everyone! I was so excited yesterday because I was able to finally go into the store and exchange for one with no flaws.
I wanted to use it today, but when filled I just noticed the bottom sides sag inward. Is this normal??
