Finally in with my Iena MM - it’s been on my wish list forever and I finally pulled the trigger!! Why did I wait so long?!! [emoji177] 
I don't own the Iena, but out of all the bags that have pointy corners, this one seems to be the one with the least issues. At least I don't usually see people complaining about corner wear like they do on the Mélie, for example. I remember when you first got yours, you were super excited! I wouldn't worry too much about it, especialy because in spite of the pointy corners, the canvas is quite squishy.

. You are right — bags are meant to be used and are subject to wear and tear (other brands like Chanel and Bal could have corner wear issues too from usage, lol). I will try not to worry about it for now. Because I don’t know what other LV bag I can replace it with that is shoulder/hobo style and with a secured closure. I'm looking at getting the Iena MM or PM in DE as my first LV purchase. Can you kindly send some pictures wearing the bag over wrist and over shoulder, and of your interior? I usually don't put my handbag over my shoulder, I usually carry it over my hand in front of body. I'm leaning towards the PM size but would love to see pictures of both sizes. I will also be ordering a key pouch in DE, cosmetic case in mono pm, and the clemence wallet in mono with pink inside. I hope I've made good choices, I researched wallet on here. I have the Iena MM and have only used it once, unfortunately (since getting it at the beginning of this year). It was also my very first LV purchase. In hindsight, I kind of regret not getting the PM size as I think it would have been more practical for my needs. I had envisioned that I'd use the MM tote as an everyday tote (for both work and for running errands or going shopping), but in reality I don't use it for any of those purposes. (I'm still a little hesitant to carry it to work, and for shopping/errands the tote seems too large for my personal taste.)
Still trying to decide what to do with my Iena MM but I hope this is helpful!
That is extremely insightful, thank you for taking the time to tell me that. I don't want an oversized bag and need something practical and for daily use. I"m sad to hear you aren't using your first bag purchase, have you got another LV to use instead?
Here is an old pic of the inside of my Iena PM. I don’t have any mod shots. It’s a great bag. I guess some people have some corner wear issue with it (which is kinda inevitable with all LV bags with sharp corners) and also of the straps not staying on their shoulder. I saw the MM size at the store and it looked really big to me almost like a Neverful. Good luck deciding.

I'm so glad the post was helpful! I originally didn't think the MM would be oversized, but it is for my needs (I should have known better as I don't normally carry much -- many of my purses are small/mini bags).
Thanks so much for asking; I recently vacationed in Maui and purchased a purse that I've been wanting for some time, the Alma BB in DE! A completely different bag than the Iena but I love the Alma BB
. It also fits much more than it appears it would. However, I would say that the Iena PM is probably much more "practical" in the sense that it has the exterior zipper (I love that feature, wish more bags would have that!!), and it is a tote. I feel that you probably can't go wrong with the Iena PM! If I could do it all over again, I'd get the Iena PM and have both that and the Alma BB.BTW when I was first looking at the Iena, I found YouTube videos very helpful. I found a bunch of YT videos on the MM, but surely there must be some on the PM size as well!

Thanks so much @Iamminda! This last vacation to Maui was incredibly relaxing -- I took some time off before starting a new role and it was perfect as I could completely unplug! Maui is heaven on earth
.Completely agreed about not being able to beat the HI price -- I had called the Wailea store before my arrival and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get the Alma BB there as they said that they hadn't received any and were not likely to receive any. I checked back nearly every day while in Maui and on my last full day (while we were driving the Hana Highway!), I received a voicemail from the store that the Alma BB had come in store! By that time, I had already given up on the idea of getting the Alma BB in Hawaii so I was so pleasantly surprised. I purchased it that night and was thrilled that I was able to buy it at the Hawaii price. The salespeople there are so kind and warm too, much more helpful than my local store (Palo Alto, CA).
Congratulations on getting your Iena and another bag from that store!!
