Thank you - it was quite a year for my collection, for sure! In fact, I think I'll start a 2022 BV year in review thread. I'd love to see what everyone added to their collections this year.Thats kind of you to say, thank you

Love this idea! Please do itThank you - it was quite a year for my collection, for sure! In fact, I think I'll start a 2022 BV year in review thread. I'd love to see what everyone added to their collections this year.
I learned from another tPFer to set the bag(s) aside, put them in your 'out of sight out of mind' closet - and when it's been a few months, ask yourself how much you missed them and go from there.Need your opinion, ladies. About a year ago I went a bit crazy on the bottega pouch. I bought 3 in the full size. One intrecciato in that orangey red color, one smooth calf in the rust color and the gold shiny crinkle leather. I love the look of them all but every time I carry them, I get a bit annoyed. I don’t like that I can’t throw it over my arm or shoulder when I am out. Everything flips around inside of it and when I try to open it when I am out, I feel like everything inside of it is on display.
I don’t want to sell them and regret it. FP isn’t giving me much for them on offer. same with yoogis. All around $1k and two of the three have been carried only once or twice.
What would y’all do?
So I already did that. I haven’t carried one in 12 months and the other in 14 months. I didn’t miss them until I brought them out to look at them. Maybe that means I am ready to sell because I like the idea of them but not the use?I learned from another tPFer to set the bag(s) aside, put them in your 'out of sight out of mind' closet - and when it's been a few months, ask yourself how much you missed them and go from there.
My two cents - I think its easier to let go of bags we're not reaching for as much or not bringing us the same joy they once did, if there's another bag you have your eye on and want to purchaseNeed your opinion, ladies. That‘s proof that you love the idea of them, for sure. Expensive ideas, but as they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day, yes? I wish the secondhand market for BV was better, but it’s never been good.So I already did that. I haven’t carried one in 12 months and the other in 14 months. Have you tried using an organizer in them? That would help with keeping your things from getting thrown around & a bit more neat. Just an idea to see if that helps make them more functional.Need your opinion, ladies. About a year ago I went a bit crazy on the bottega pouch. I bought 3 in the full size. I second this. I use the one from Samorga and it's great.Have you tried using an organizer in them? That would help with keeping your things from getting thrown around & a bit more neat. Just an idea to see if that helps make them more functional.
I am the kind of person who buys bags as an investment and always think about resale value in the future. of course, i have to love the bag but a big part of loving it is knowing that i will be able to get my investment back. The black one resales way better than the navy one so I would 100% go for the black.Hi, dear mini pouch owners,
I've posted a comment asking about what color should I get btw black and navy in the chat thread and the admin advised me to come ask here instead. So here I am.
I'm considering the mini pouch but not sure about the color. I want a dark little pouch for the evening so looking between black and dark navy (Space is what they call it on the website). Which one do you recommend?
My preference right now is the black one but I’m still eyeing on the navy as well.
One thing that makes me hesitant about the Navy is that it doesn’t look dark as I would love to see in daylight.
Do you have some photos that show both colors in real life to share?
Thank you.
Agree with previous poster on black. Unless you have one or a few black clutches already, I’d go black. It’s easy to match with clothes, shoes, etc. I have a blue pouch and it’s great for jeans and I wear a lot of blue, but it can be tricky sometimes.Hi, dear mini pouch owners,
