It's made in USA, the 3rd week of 2020. The mono one also made in USA, the 2nd week of 2020.Your reverse PM looks great! The print is so visible, may I ask where this one was made? Is it made in France?

Hmm, now a few of you pointed this out, at first I thought it was just some visual illusion or sth, now I realized it's true! Hmm I actually don't know how I feel about it at this point....The canvas on the reverse is much brighter. Your mono is quite dull. That’s personal preference whether one prefers dull or bright canvas. The reverse looks amazing, at least in pictures.
Thank you for your replay. I love that the print is visible. I had a few of reverse in my hands last year but I didn’t keep because of the faded print and not matching my clothes but maybe I should start stalking it again. That PM reverse is perfect. I would keep this one!! Also it is year around bag not matter the weather. It's made in USA, the 3rd week of 2020. The mono one also made in USA, the 2nd week of 2020.
In doing more research looks like US and France both have SD factory codes... strange but ok I guess.Ok, so after waiting what seems like forever, I finally purchased the Pochette Metis in reverse last week in store, in Hawaii. However, I am confused. Tag says made in US, but date code in pocket says 50th week 2019 in France??? Literally confused!?!
Need help deciding! Got the Siena PM last week and absolutely love it. Have been interested in the pochette Métis but kept reading how hard it is to get. Anyways, made a phone call to Neimen Marcus this morning and they had one! So rushed over and bought it. It’s absolutely beautiful and seems to be an amazing condition. But now need to decide between the two! The Siena is more care free but the pochette Métis is the pochette Métis...

This is the biggest dud of the three PMs I just picked up from my store. After returning my first due to alignment issues, a scratch, and a really dull canvas, I managed to order three more PMs (two monogram and one reverse) thanks to stalking tips from you folks. Of the three bags, both monogram PMs had a date code SD 0250 and both are being returned. They both have that really dull, washed-out canvas, but one is a total QC failure. Look at that flap and the vachetta tab! The lock is also crooked.
The other monogram is okay, but not worth keeping. It has no egregious flaws other than the monogram print that is just so dull. It looks pixelated up close, especially compared to my other monogram pieces that are more richly and densely printed.
I'm keeping the reverse. My hunt for a good monogram PM is not over, but I'm headed to Fashionphile for that one.
how were you able to get the reverse online? just lucky at the right time? no luck for me T_T.I got the red one a couple of years ago in London airport, but really wanted canvas version, and then all of sudden I got both monogram and reversed mono online last month. Now the question is, shall I keep both ? I tend to like the monogram more than the reverse mono.... both came in great condition, no drama, fortunately. I do feel the reverse one is slightly better quality. I have been struggling on whether I should return the reverse mono or not.... Please help!
My first three were constructed almost perfectly, but had that awful faded canvas. I finally went to the KOP store to collect three of my online orders and they had three more PMs in stock because it was so early in the morning. I bought one of them. I posted photos a few pages back of one of the absolute disasters they also had in stock that morning. It had such a bright canvas, but it was distractingly lopsided with crooked hardware.Have you found one with a brighter canvas? That is my issue right now, just got one that seems pretty perfect besides the fact that the canvas is dull and faded looking!
I’m slightly paranoid after reading about so many returning, could anyone let me know if this looks ok? One front corner looks a little sloppy to me but not sure if it’s a big deal. I was surprised to see the middle separator inside doesn’t seem totally straight across in that it pushes out at the bottom or top, but maybe that’s the norm?
