I just received my PM in monogram from my online order, so happy to join the club!! It's a good thing I checked for known issues here though, since the clasps on my strap are also different (different colour and etchings), and I was so excited to finally get this bag I would have missed it entirely if I wasn't checking for it specifically.

The alignment on the back is also slightly off, the bottom pattern row tilts up a bit on the right side, but the front is perfect so I think I'll keep the bag and just try to exchange the straps. Mine was made in France, 50th week of 2019.

The glazing is coming off of both sides of the flap. Do you think they will repair it or give me store credit? It was made in 2018. I thought they had corrected that problem that year but I guess not. so I just joined the club and was able to order the PM Reverse, I really do love the shape! When I got it home I immediately noticed this hump of canvas behind the flap (it seems
Like there is too much canvas and it is bubbling) is this normal. I took it into my local boutique and the repair specialist took a few photos & said she would get back to me today (Friday). My bag has made 50th week of 2019.

Yesterday I was able to order another to compare.

this is what happened to my 2018 PM and they gave me a store credit...I got a South Bank Besace and monogram shawl in its place lol

Mine also looks like yours. I will be curious to see what they say as I’ve been wondering if it was normal or not. I didn’t bring it back because it’s perfect everywhere else. Thanks for sharing this.

Hi everyone . Need yr advice. I managed to snag a reverse PM online . Was so happy as it’s so hard to find . It arrived today n immediately I felt something wasn’t right. The side corners sewing was bumpy n inside the fabric sewing was... terrible. It’s supposed to be brand new but when I opened the flap, the compartment already look stretched out. I’m not sure to return or accept pls help me with some advice. It’s a made in France bag. Am I too picky??

Hi everyone . Need yr advice. I managed to snag a reverse PM online . Was so happy as it’s so hard to find . It arrived today n immediately I felt something wasn’t right. Ok, so my theory is they put “defective” in some way bags online and the perfect ones go to the boutique. I had a few of them and upon arrival one was like that, but mine was made in USA. I returned it. If they know their bags are defective and they don’t want to put it in their boutiques they should sell it with a discount. They don’t so we should only accept a bag that we are satisfied with. They are not so hard to come by. After some stalking PM reverse appear at least once a week. I stocked them so much. I was able to get 4 of them but returned them each time because of defects and finally I know this bag is not for me. I didn’t also love that color on me. Once I went to the boutique to pick up my PSM and just asked if they have PM reverse and she said they did. This one was perfect but I took my PSM home with me.

I guess my head is telling me to return but the heart is wanting to keep it . Over here, the reverse is hardly avail unlike the US website. It’s ridiculous.. the date code is DR0220, which makes it fresh from France like last week??? !!!!!! So I’m guessing it shouldn’t be a boutique return lying around for some time.

I don‘t think yours can be a return with that datecode... It is probably just not made as „perfect“
