I guess we’re all neighbors! I’m in Helotes and so glad to hear about the new store. Haven’t purchased anything LV since moving here because I’ve been ignored going to the La Cantera Neiman Marcus even though I’m already carrying an LV bag. I’m not in the PM club, but love to see what everyone says about it because I do love it.

I don’t know why I’m late to the party, but I went to the store 2 weeks ago and ask my SA for PM monogram. My card was charge maybe a week or 2 later and no one called me to let me know that PM is ready for pick up. I just got a receipt on my email. Anyways no biggie, I went to the store to pick it up. I was in a rush so I didn’t really inspect the bag. When I opened it, it looks perfect and to my surprise it’s made in France! I know it’s really not a big deal but For me LV made in France is just extra special. But is it me or the bag smells funny? I have the favorite and backpack and they smell like leather nice. But this PM smells like chemical. I was watching how to spot a fake and they said fake LV smells like chemical. But I got this in the store, so it confuses me. Is there an instance where someone return a fake at the store? Aren’t the associate able to spot it? I don’t know maybe I’m just paranoid.

also it didn’t bother me at first but the more I stare at it, my OCD kicks in. Does this looks crooked to you? I’m posting pics of filled vs nothing inside.

I highly doubt there are fakes in the LV boutique. Just to share my personal experience, I returned a Pochette Metis Monogram a few months ago and they had this iPad connected to a small device that they used to authenticate the bag I returned before accepting it. The device was used to scan the entire bag. I'm not sure if the software they used was Entrupy.

I’ve been toying with the PM in monogram but I managed to get my hands on a Dauphine MM in reverse so have decided to give the PM a miss in the canvas because of the issues. I did want a less formal bag than the dauphine which almost feels too nice to use,

I went in to LV New Bond Street to look at the PM, saw this one on display fell in love, thought it was gorgeous and the SA told me it was the last in the country and had to get authorisation to sell it. So I was sold, lol! I haven’t used it yet as it’s a summer bag though I will wear it with my white winter coat.

And my SA has told me that a cherry berry PM I reserved, is now in stock. Picking up Friday. Can’t wait. If I could I would have one in every colour!!

Just scored a monogram PM online with new SKU number. I went online to LV site and refreshed PM page about 10 times in 15 minutes and got the message "place in cart." I paid and already received the confirmation email. Hopefully my order goes through!

At first i didnt understand the hype of this bag. I thought it looked a bit fussy with the lock and the untreated leather.

I sold my favorite mm (my go to crossbody) and was planning on the palm springs mini or the pochette metis.

I loved the favorite but just needed a liiiitttle but more room (mommy go to essentials - diaper, wipes, snacks).
Favorite was perfect for just my essentials - wallet, phone, keys, maybe a phone charger if i use a card holder.

I have been using the metis for the last week (felt more safe after a bit of apple garde) and.... truly this bag.

Most of my bags are a bit of a black hole (especially my speedy) but everything in this bag has a place. One pochette containing charger cables, battery, another with my toiletries l in the main pocket. Wallet and compact mirror in the front pocket and sons snacks. Phone in the back zip. I put a slim pack of wipes in the back slip.

I even used it for an evening out (too casual be damned !)

I love mine so much that I am using it for a night time. Just added a bandeau and lost a strap. So elegant and beautiful.

Agree! I feel so organized when I carry mine! Perfect size and easy to use!

I’m feeling like such a lucky girl! I was in Paris this week (lucky statement #1!) and wanted to shop for “something” in crème empreinte leather. My SA at the Place Vendome store brought out this beauty....and I was sold! I love the contrast of the crème leather and the caramel leather, the beautiful braided handle, and the cute luggage tag. The tag was too small unfortunately to accommodate either of the special “Paris” stamps that they had, so I went with a single gold initial. I bought it and some LV fragrance that I had been wanting (the summer limited edition “Sun Song”), and now it is home next to my other special Pochette Métis!

So after having no success in the UK in store or online or most other countries I’ve visited in the last two years! I was visiting NY this week and visited a few LV. On my last day I went into 5th Avenue store and like always , asked if they had the reverse monogram in store , the SA said no I don’t think so but I’ll check ... to both of our surprise they had a shipment that morning of two reverse monograms MIF!( To be honest I didn’t care were it would have been made). He said it’s my luck day as none of the SA had released they had a shipment of them and the wait list with cards on file was very long!
He took both of them from the draw and gave me one to look at and try on. He then wrapped up the other one for someone on the his wait list .We had multiple SA come over to ask if I was having it in the space of a few minutes. It’s the new version so he thinks that the reason why they had got a few in and MIF.

I’m so excited to be the owner of a reverse monogram bag
